1 Steam the corn
Place the sweet corn with the husk intact in the microwave. Cook for 2½ minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 2½ minutes. Let it rest briefly. The corn will be hot and perfectly steamed inside the husk.
2 Make the masala butter
Melt the butter in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, chaat masala, and red chilli powder. Mix well.
