1 Marinate
Marinate the mushrooms in soy, vodka, sugar, and chilli paste for 15 minutes, until well coated and seasoned.
2 Sauté Aromatics
Heat a pan on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté briefly, then add the onion and cook until translucent.
3 Cook Mushrooms
Add the marinated mushrooms to the pan. Cook until caramelised, about 60–80 seconds per side.
4 Serve
