1 Prep
Wash the kale thoroughly, pat dry, and pluck the leaves from the stalks.
2 Season
Spread the leaves on a plate. Add olive oil, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, and any other seasoning. Toss well to coat evenly.
3 Crisp
Microwave for 1–1½ minutes, checking once, until the leaves are crisp.
4 Serve
