1 Prep first
Before cutting the avocados, chop the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and green chilli so the avocado doesn’t brown while you prep.
2 Scoop the avocado
Cut open the avocados and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl or mortar.
3 Season and mix
Add the chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
4 Mash
Use a fork or pestle to mash to your preferred texture- smooth or chunky.
5 Taste and serve
