1 Prepare the carrots
Wash, peel, and clean the baby carrots thoroughly.
2 Sauté the garlic
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
3 Cook the carrots
Add the carrots to the pan and toss well to coat. Pour in the balsamic vinegar (or honey–soy mixture).
4 Char & glaze
Cook for 10–15 minutes, gently tossing occasionally to ensure even charring. Add fresh herbs during the last few minutes if you want them lightly charred.
5 Season & serve
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
